The name says it all: Koriko, the coastal town where Kiki lives her adventuress, comes to life here. From the moment you walk in, it's like you've crossed a magic door. The walls are covered in illustrations, the furniture has that European vintage vibe, and of course, Kiki's broom and red radio can't be missing.ideal for some photos – because if there’s no photo, it didn’t happen, right? 😏✨
Details that make you fall in love
Koriko Cafe has such a cozy atmosphere that you won't want to leave. Every corner of the cafe has something special: a Jiji cushion here, a mug with his face there. It's like the black cat is accompanying you throughout your experience. 🐾 If you like to take your time, this is the place to be.The place to disconnect and recharge.
Even the little details count, like the menus featuring exclusive Kiki illustrations or the notes on the walls that look like they came straight out of the movie. Plus, there's always soft music playing in the background, creating an atmosphere that transports you.

Jiji Latte (₩5000): A coffee decorated with latte art of the most iconic kitten, of course, the ice cream is paid separately... but who can resist this badge.. ☕️
Red Velvet Bundt Cake (₩5800).
Grandma's Meatloaf (₩7000): Remember the cake Kiki delivers in the movie? Well, here it is, even with the little fish on top.
A plus? They always have seasonal specialsDepending on the time of year, you can find drinks and desserts with themed touches that are a total surprise.
I was lucky enough to visit Koriko Café on Halloween🎃, and if this place is already magical, during this date they take it to the next level. From the entrance, the cafe is decorated with pumpkins, dim lights and little Jiji in costumes (because yes, even Jiji gets into the spooky mood). 🎃👹
The menu also changes for this season:
Haunted Pumpkin Latte (₩5500): With autumn spices and a hint of sweetness.
Ghost Cookies (₩3000): Little ghost-shaped cookies. I almost felt bad eating them because they were so cute, but they were delicious. 🍪
During Halloween they also organize themed events. The atmosphere was full of couples and groups of friends enjoying the autumn magic. 🍂✨

In Koriko Cafe, Something you can't let pass is the small souvenir shop. Here you will find everything from themed mugs and Jiji keychains to exclusive postcards and stickers inspired by Kiki: Home deliveries. They have all kinds of official merch: from mugs, notebooks, cushions and even collectible Ghibli figures. It is impossible to leave empty-handed because everything is so beautiful that you will want to take it all with you.
For me, finding this store was the icing on the cake.. In addition, everything is very well organized, which makes the experience even more pleasant.
Whether you're looking for something practical like a notebook or something decorative like a collectible figurine, the variety is incredible. Many of the items are designed exclusively for coffee, making them even more special.

Location: It is in the Hongdae area, one of the coolest in Seoul. The nearest subway station is Hongdae (exit 3), and from there it's just a 10-minute walk. Pro tip: look out for the Jiji details along the way, they'll guide you. 🐾

Visiting Koriko Cafe was a magical experience. From the moment I entered, I felt like I was in a world of Kiki: Home deliveries. Every corner had details that They made me smile as a Studio Ghibli fan. I enjoyed a coffee with Jiji while the soundtrack played. I also loved the shop inside the cafe.
The snack was delicious and the presentation was perfect for photos. The staff was very friendly, making the experience even better. Without a doubt, I recommend Koriko Cafe to anyone visiting Seoul. A 10/10.
